How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number. To track your package, visit our tracking page and enter your order number or email address.  

Where can I place an order?
We currently only sell in Canada . 

How long does it take to process an order?
Our shipping time is 6 to 9 business days and includes the following processes: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (for orders placed before 10:00 PM) from the time of purchase.  
  

How long does delivery take?
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days , depending on your location. 

How much are shipping costs?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • The buyer bears the costs of return shipping.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Are there exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, partial refunds can be granted for returns that:

  • show signs of wear
  • Not in original condition
  • Are damaged or parts are missing (not through our fault)
  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery
