Return and Refund Policy
Easy return in 6 steps
To request a return, your items must be unused and returned within 30 days of receipt. Please follow these instructions:
- Contact our customer service at info@iconic-mode.com
- Our team will provide you with the return address.
- Pack and ship your items. Please note that you are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.
- We will keep you updated throughout the entire return process.
- You will be notified as soon as we receive your return.
- The refund will be made within 5 working days .

Customers have the right to return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without giving any reason. We do not provide the return label; this is the customer's responsibility.
Exchange:
We do not accept exchanges.
Return instructions:
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Return notification: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@iconic-mode.com and provide your order number and the exact reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

- Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

- For defective products: No costs for the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or is otherwise faulty. Please take photos of the problem and contact us at info@iconic-mode.com. We will inform you of the next steps.
- In case of customer remorse (change of mind): The actual return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer purchases the wrong product, the item doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
- Received wrong product: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us and we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure that you receive the correct product.
- Product never arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement.
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, contact us at info@iconic-mode.com , and we will inform you of the following process.

- Refund Policy: A refund will be approved if the product is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly shipped products will be approved after inspection.
- Return Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions to the return policy
The following products cannot be returned:
- Individually designed or personalized items
- Hygiene products (e.g. socks, underwear), unless they are unopened and unused.
