We also occasionally collect information that is publicly available on social media sites. You can control how much of your information social media sites publish by visiting those sites and changing your privacy settings.

Do we share the information we collect with third parties?  We may share the information we collect, both personal and non-personal, with third parties, such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you. We may engage trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services for us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and the Site, storing and managing databases, email management, store marketing, credit card processing, customer service, and fulfilling orders for products and services you may purchase through the Site. We will share your Personal Information and possibly some Non-Personal Information with these third parties so that they can provide these services to us and to you.

This includes anyone we share your data with who performs services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your data, and there is no legal requirement to retain it, we will either remove it from our systems or anonymize it so that we cannot identify you.

How do we protect your information?  We use a variety of security measures to help maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information provided is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in our payment gateway provider's database so that it can only be accessed by those with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. To the extent permitted by applicable law, by using any of the above options, you voluntarily consent to the cross-border transfer and hosting of such information.

Can I update or correct my information?  The rights you have to request updates or corrections to the information Iconic-Mode collects depend on your relationship with Iconic-Mode . You are responsible for keeping your unique password and account information confidential at all times.

Please be aware that it is technically impossible to remove all information you have provided from our system. Because we must secure our systems to protect information from accidental loss, a copy of your information may exist in a non-erasable form that may be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Immediately upon receipt of your request, all personal information stored in databases we actively use and other easily searchable media will be updated, corrected, amended, or deleted, to the extent reasonably and technically feasible.

Governing Law:  This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Germany , without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany for any action or dispute arising between the parties under or relating to this Privacy Policy, excluding any person who may have rights to assert claims under the GDPR or other applicable data protection laws.

This Agreement and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law principles. Your use of the Site may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

By using Iconic-Mode or contacting us directly, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you should not use our website or use our services. Your continued use of the website, contacting us directly, or consenting to changes to this Privacy Policy that do not materially affect the use or disclosure of your personal information will mean that you accept those changes.

Your Consent:  We've updated our Privacy Policy to provide you with complete transparency about what is set when you visit our website and how it is used. By using our website, registering an account, or purchasing a product, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Links to Other Websites:  This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites that are not operated or controlled by Iconic-Mode . We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on those websites, and we do not investigate, monitor, or review such websites for accuracy or completeness. Please note that when you use a link from the Services to another website, our Privacy Policy no longer applies. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that link to our Platform, is subject to the rules and policies of that website. Such third parties may use their cookies or other methods to collect information about you. Advertising:  This website may contain third-party advertisements and links to third-party websites. Iconic-Mode makes no representations about the accuracy or suitability of any information contained in these advertisements or websites and assumes no responsibility or liability for the conduct or content of these advertisements and websites, or for offers made by third parties.

Advertising helps keep Iconic Mode and many of the websites and services you use free. We work hard to ensure ads are safe, unobtrusive, and as relevant as possible.

Third-party advertisements and links to other websites promoting goods or services do not constitute endorsements or recommendations by Iconic-Mode of any third-party websites, goods, or services. Iconic-Mode assumes no responsibility for the content of the advertisements, the promises made, or the quality/reliability of the products or services offered in any advertisements.

Advertising cookies:  These cookies collect information about your online activities over time on the website and other online services in order to make online advertising more relevant and effective to you. This is known as interest-based advertising. They also perform functions such as preventing the same ad from continually reappearing and ensuring that ads are displayed correctly for advertisers. Without cookies, it would be very difficult for an advertiser to reach their audience or know how many ads have been shown and how many clicks they received.

Cookies: Iconic-Mode uses "cookies" to identify the areas of our website that you have visited. We use cookies to improve the performance and functionality of our website, but they are not essential for its use. However, without these cookies, certain features such as videos may not be available, or you would have to enter your login details each time you visit the site because we cannot remember that you have previously logged in. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of cookies, but if you disable cookies, you may not be able to access some of the features of our website, or may not be able to access them properly. We never store personal information in cookies.

Blocking and disabling cookies and similar technologies:  You can set your browser to block cookies and similar technologies, but this may also block our essential cookies and prevent our website from functioning properly, so you may not be able to fully use all of the website's features and services. You should also be aware that if you block cookies in your browser, you may also lose some stored information (e.g. saved login data, website preferences). Different browsers provide different controls. Disabling a cookie or category of cookies will not delete the cookie from your browser unless done manually through the browser function.

Children's Privacy:  We collect information from children under 13 only to improve our services. If you are under 13, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy:  We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy to accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (e.g., through our Service) before we make changes to this Privacy Policy and provide you with an opportunity to review them before they become effective. If you continue to use the Service then, you will be bound by the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to agree to this or any updated Privacy Policy, you may delete your account.

Third-Party Services:  We may display, incorporate, or make available content from third parties (including data, information, applications, and other products and services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Services”).

You acknowledge and agree that Iconic-Mode is not responsible for third-party services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Iconic-Mode assumes no liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for third-party services. Third-party services and links to them are provided solely for your convenience, and you access and use them solely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of such third parties.
