Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping process that provides you with convenience and satisfaction. Below you will find the details of our shipping process.
Where can I place an order?
We currently only sell in Canada .
SHIPPING COSTS
- Within Canada: Free shipping for all orders.
- No hidden fees: All costs are clearly stated during the payment process.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Order acceptance deadline: 10:00 PM ( CET ).
- Processing time (days): Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday
- Shipping time (in days): 5–7 working days .
- Total delivery time: It takes a total of 6-9 working days until you receive your order.
- Weekend orders: Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
- Working days: Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
SHIPPING PROCEDURE
- Reliable courier services: We ship via DHL and FedX.
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We need 1-2 business days (Mon. - Fri.) to process the order. If you place the order before 10:00 PM ( CET ), we will begin processing the same day.
- Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information and your tracking code. You can track your order through our " Track Your Order " page using the tracking code provided in the email. It typically takes 6-9 business days (Mon.-Fri.) for your order to arrive.
CANCEL ORDER
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has been processed.
MISSING ITEM PROCEDURE
- Report missing items: Please take photos of the problem and contact us within 7 days of receiving your package via info@iconic-mode.com
- Solution: We'll help you locate the items. If they're lost, we'll either send you a replacement or offer you a refund.
RETURN POLICY & DELIVERY COSTS
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Return Policy: Items must be unused and undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Costs: The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or does not match the description. In the case of damaged or incorrect products, Iconic-Mode will cover the return shipping costs.
- In case of customer remorse: The actual cost of the return shipment will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer purchased the wrong product, the item doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be refunded via the original payment method.
